Medulla Strategy is a Dublin-based strategy consulting firm founded and led by Mario Santos Sanz.

Mario spent over five years at Soros Fund Management. Before that, he was a Consultant at Deloitte. He holds a Master’s in Finance from London Business School and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid.

The firm is deliberately small. Engagements are few, and each is led personally by the founder.
